Paw On Raw Dog Food products are crafted exclusively for canine consumption. We advise consulting a veterinarian before introducing new foods, particularly for pets with unique dietary needs.

Subscription and Modifications

Subscriptions auto-renew and can be modified or canceled with one week’s notice before the next scheduled delivery. Subscription discounts apply as follows: 10% off for the first three orders.

Delivery Policy

Deliveries are scheduled on specific days across Southern Ontario. If no one is present to receive the delivery, orders are left at the customer’s front door.

• Delivery Responsibility: Paw On Raw takes full responsibility for ensuring product quality upon arrival. However, we are not liable for items left unattended that are affected by theft or thawing.
• Missed or Rescheduled Deliveries: If a delivery is missed due to an address issue, it will be rescheduled for the next available delivery day at no additional charge.
• Delays: While we strive for punctuality, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen factors. Customers will be notified promptly of any significant delays.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not permitted. This policy is designed to maintain food safety and quality.

Product Handling and Storage Guidelines

To ensure freshness and safety:

• Freezing: Place raw dog food in the freezer upon receipt.
• Thawing: Remove food from the freezer a few hours before feeding, allowing time to thaw at room temperature.
• Opened Packages: Reseal opened packets before refreezing to maintain freshness.

We advise all customers to follow these guidelines carefully.

Limitations of Liability

Paw On Raw is not liable for any health issues that may arise from the transition to a raw food diet. Customers are responsible for proper storage, handling, and feeding practices, and we are not responsible for any pet health concerns or recalls beyond our control.

We are committed to customer privacy and secure data handling. Payments are processed securely, and any changes to billing or payment methods should be communicated promptly.
